Support for ADA is on Ledger's roadmap (Ledger: https://trello.com/c/rEK3saDK/71-cardano-support, Cardano: https://cardanoroadmap.com) but they don't have any ETA.
When they launch support for Cardano (ADA), you can simply install Cardano (ADA) app in your Ledger Nano S using Ledger Manager app.
